How Important Is Psychological Preparation In Self Defense increase eyesight naturally

Through out most of my life I have been into the martial arts. Thirty years now. I believed that if I knew ways to properly fight, that I was going to fair pretty properly in a physical confrontation if one had been to ever come up. And boy did they.

Like a lot of people, I steered towards the hard hitting fighting styles developing up. I got into Kickboxing, Kung-Fu, Bruce Lee's art Jeet Kune Do, Jiu-jitsu, as well as a entire host of weapons based arts in the Philippines. Amongst many other arts.

You see,increase eyesight naturally, I had it in my head that if I could fight nicely and brutally that I was going to be ok.

Now for those of you that do not know me let me let you know a little bit about myself from a physical stand point. I am no Arnold Schwarzenegger. I'm not six feet three inches tall and 250 pounds of muscle. I stand only 5 feet 6 inches tall and weigh in at only 175 pounds. I do possess a somewhat of an athletic develop, but no six pack and 15 inch biceps.

Now like I said, I'm no Arnold. Are you? That is anything you'll want to ask your self. Lead to in the event you do not have the size & strength of Arnold (effectively, at least Arnold in his prime), and you don't know fighting techniques, how properly are you going to do in a fight?

Is there a thing else that we have to have to consider besides just fighting techniques?

The answer clearly is, ABSOLUTELY!

Enter the Psychological component of Self Defense.

Did you know that out of all of the martial art schools in the World (millions of schools), only 4% of them teach the psychological side of combat?

Let me ask you a question. Should you had to pick only a single option, either the physical component or the psychological component of self defense, which would you choose?

The physical side right??? Wrong.

The Psychological side of a confrontation is the most important of all. In fact 66% - 85% of any confrontation is emotional & psychological. Only 15% - 44% at most is physical. Let me put it to you this way.

Lets say that you have done martial arts / self defense for 20 years and you are amazing at sparring in class and you are brilliant with your techniques and drills. And then one day you head out and find oneself inside a confrontation.

Let me paint this picture.

You are out at the mall and are walking to your car with a handful of shopping bags. you get to your car and then all of a sudden some guy comes up and threatens to kill you for those who do not give him your wallet AND all of your cool new stuff you just bought.

All of a sudden you panic and freeze and cant even move. Your brain and body are frozen and then the guy starts to thump on you trigger you didn't answer him and takes all of your stuff.

Did all of your awesome physical training help in this situation. NO!

Why? Cause you were not trained ways to overcome FEAR, and deal with the massive adrenal dump that your body was producing. You had been not taught techniques to overcome the "Freeze". You had been not taught how you can de-escalate yourself or the situation. You were only taught tips on how to punch and kick against other martial artists in a classroom setting, feeling secure.

Now can you see a bit better of why the Psychological side of self defense is so important?
